All 4 Adventure Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Packet Cake Mix (butter or vanilla)
• 1KG Plastic container of Two Fruit/Fruit Salad or Similar
• Butter, Milk, Eggs
• Custard

Method

• Step 1Drain juice from fruit.
• Step 2Mix all ingredients as per packet direction except the fruit.
• Step 3When adding milk don’t make mixture too runny.
• Step 4I use a 4.5 Quart camp oven which is pre warmed and coated with butter
• Step 5Pour into camp oven and add about 3/4 of the fruit into the center of the mixture
• Step 6Put onto a bed of coals and coals on the lid. Cook for 20 to 25 mins
• Step 7Keep a check on the desert as not to burn it.
• Step 8When cooked to own choice, dish out and pour on the custard.
