Clare's Easy to make with a camp oven and suits all tastes

Ingredients

  • Tin of creamed sweet corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of gluten free self -raising flour
  • condiments to taste.
  • canola or olive oil, or butter to melt in your pan

Method

  • Step 1Open tin into mixing bowl
  • Step 2add flour and break eggs individually into the mix
  • Step 3Add condiments
  • Step 4Mix well and make sure all lumps are gone
  • Step 5If you prefer you can add pre cooked or just steamed broccoli, shreaded cheese or other leftovers to enhance flavour
