Description

Made from Fruit Chutney, this is a simple sauce/topping for steak, chops, rissoles.....

Ingredients

  • 2 x tablespoons of fruit chutney
  • 1 x teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 x tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 2 x teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1 x teaspoon of vinegar

Method

  • Step 1Simply combine all ingredients in a steel bowl and simmer on low heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally and checking for taste.
  • Step 2Pour over selected meat.
