Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp grated orange zest
  • 2 big garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • A dash of honey, sugar

Method

  • Step 1Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add honey/sugar to taste.
  • Step 2Heat in a pan for about 5 min.
  • Step 3Pour over cooked chicken or fish.
