  • 1 Lge Avocado
  • 1 Sml Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry Powder

Method

  • Step 1Scoop out the avocado and mash into a paste in a bowl with a fork
  • Step 2Chop up the onion and tomatoes finely and mix into avocado
  • Step 3Season with salt, pepper and curry powder if desired to taste
  • Step 4Add any other spices or ingredients you prefer
