I am having no luck opening any of the File Swap files on the
BOG site.
I use Firefox and perhaps someone who also uses Firefox could talk me through it please.
Thanks in anticipation,
Maureen

When I open up one of the files, it downloads to my desktop where I open it by double clicking on the icon. If it is a microsoft word document, it opens with that. If it is a PDF file it will ask you do you want to open it? click "open" and you will have to choose adobe reader from the list.
I also use firefox.
Paul.

I have sent an email to the member who posted the information to see if he has it on his laptop and can post it again.

Looks like something is wrong with the download, no one has downloaded it since it was placed on the file.

Have a look in the Financial Members Library, the second file on the list, it has been reposted there.
