I have just posted an idea we tried this morning.
It was delicous.
Not sure if the craft and cooking area is available to general
forum members or only to financial members, so "Sorry" if you can't see the recipe idea.

We cooked this recipe this morning exactly as you said and it was delicious and surprisingly filling for just 2 eggs for 2 people.
Thanks and I have forwarded it to my daughter who will be travelling to the Kimberley this year with limited camping gear. It is a very useful way to cook an omelette and no washing up .
