We are going to sell our 20ft BT in a few months time,
For people buying or selling BTs where did you find or sell the BT,
The 2 BT sites or Trade magazines, Internet for sales or any we have not thought about.
Some sort of poll would be good, as many responses as possible please :)

When I bought my BT20 second hand last year, I looked at about 40 vans with my main source being the Bushtrackers For Sale on Steves
Bushtracker Website and the caravans for sale website. I suspect that the Just Caravans publication is worth a try also. The more places you advertise, the better of you are.

That was what we were thinking, was just interested in knowing what percentage sold by Steves site,
At present we are near Darwin then going back home (Gunnedah) mid August

I have just sold my 18ft-er. One ad on this site and the first caller visited us from SA and bought it.

We have a very good service on this site, so I suggest that you make this your fist option. The committee pay alot of money for this service for our members to use and we would like it used. Good luck with your sale I am sure you will have success.

From what people have been emailing me the above seems to be right,
they look at the two BT sites first then look at the internet for sales

This is my virgin post. We bought our 2003, 20' family Nov 2010. We saw it here, on Steve site and on the Caravan site attached to Boat Point / Car point. Usually the same van on all three. Thought it was a bit old but when we saw it I doubt it had travelled 5000klms we bought it on the spot at her instance. That made things even easier as it was not my decision. We love it. Had been looking on and off for 12 months and seriously about the last 3 months but anything we saw that was any good was on these 3 sites.
