Tucked into a forested creek valley below the Mt Cole plateau, surrounded by lush Yellow Gum and Brown stringybark with a wattle understory.
The layout is best suited to car camping: a large fenced grassed area with a single large, graveled parking area. Some dispersed fireplace/table sites slope down to the creek and dam. Level bush camping is possible to the south. Facilities include 4 fireplaces and tables, pit toilets, tank water and a stone hut complete with fireplace.
