Windjana Gorge - WA

If you're visiting, make sure you take the time to walk up the river at dusk and wait for the bats to arrive but be croc aware. The bats create an incredible noise that is echoed through the gorge walls and are an incredible sight that not many people know about. Crocs will also take advantage of this ready dinner so sit well back from the water's edge and don't take young children.
