Knox Gorge Trail Head - WA

Knox Gorge 2km return. Allow 3 hours This trail is for very experienced bushwalkers. The track surface is rough and unformed. The trail ends at the stop sign.Knox Lookout 300 metres - 15 minutes return This clearly formed trail follows a gentle slope with occasional steps down to the viewing platform. A dramatic view into Knox Gorge awaits. The lookout, smaller than others in the park, provides wonderful photographic opportunities throughout the day. Be cautious around the lookout as small loose rocks can be slippery underfoot.Safe walking tips • Carry 2 to 3 litres of drinking water. Avoid dehydration by drinking small amounts regularly. • Wear sturdy footwear and remain on established trails. • Avoid sunstroke and sunburn - wear sunscreen, long sleeves and a hat. • Walk with a companion and ensure there is plenty of daylight left to complete the return trip.
