Information

Large campground area with 24 marked bays. The camps are all very good and there is a beautiful swimming area (safe for kids, especially at low tide) when the water pools into rock pools. Be wary of the strong outgoing current to the rip.
Suitable camps for all size vehicles accessible via compacted gravel road.
From the day use area take the short 100m walk down to the front beach. Head left along the beach to the rocks and pick the walking track that winds its way 6km through the protection of trees alongside the rocky bays all the way to Skeleton Bay via Grants Point and Skeleton Point. Numerous opportunities to stop and swim in the rockpools best on low tide in calm conditions.
