Brachina Gorge Rd (Geological Trail) - SA

Start of the Brachina Gorge self drive "Geological Trail". Located about 30 minutes from the Wilpena Pound Visitor Centre. SA National Parks Pass required. Brachina Gorge is set up to be driven from east to west, starting at this point. There are information boards here explaining the Geological Trail.The Brachina Gorge trail is a 20 km unsealed road. Along the way you'll find signs and stops that point out various geological features. The Bunyeroo Gorge Road intersects Brachina Gorge Road approximately halfway along. At the T-junction you can choose to go one way or the other or do some doubling back to see the full length of the Brachina Gorge Road.
