Information
This is a beautifully maintained campground in the Crowdy Bay National Park, suitable for tents, camper trailers, small motor homes and caravans offering easy vehicle and pedestrian access to Dunbogan Beach.
All sites are grassed. Dump point, flushing toilets, cold showers, fires permitted in fire buckets off the ground - you can hire one at the site office if you don't have your own. BYO everything, although cheap firewood is available from the site office. (The site office also services the nearby Indian Head and Kylie's Beach campgrounds.)
Bookings are required either on line or by phone or, in off-peak times, the site office can take a casual booking.
Access from the north is via Laurieton onto Diamond Head Rd (10km). From the south exit the Pacific Motorway about 3.5km north of Coopernook on to Jericho Rd, then onto Coralville Rd then Diamond Head Rd to the campground. (About 20km from the highway)
