Trig Campground - SA

Located in the Deep Creek Conservation Park on Tent Rock Road on the bottom of the Fleurieu Peninsula between Victor Harbor & Cape Jervis - Camp fees apply, good toilet facilities but no showers. The campground features sites set up around a central open area that is prone to wind. Not suitable for caravans. Sites are separated by trees and shrubs but are close together. Numbered sites. Water is limited (rainwater tanks).

Two hikes leave from the camping area - Deep Creek Cove Hike - 6.4km return (moderate); Deep Creek Circuit Hike - 10.9km (hard). Both have steep sections but that's the price for spectacular views.

Further back up the campsite entrance road you'll find the start of the Deep Creek Waterfall Hike. 3.5km return (easy-moderate). It's a worthwhile hike due to the small waterfall and permanent waterhole.

As with all campsites in the Deep Creek Conservation Park, entry and camping fees apply with on the spot fines so make sure you get that sorted before you arrive.
