Fresh fish wraps don't get better than this!

Ingredients

  • Fresh white fish fillets
  • 1 Pkt fish coating mix
  • Green Chilli Jam/chutney or similar
  • Fresh bacon rashers (1 per piece fish)
  • Plain natural yoghurt
  • 1 piece mountain bread per wrap

Method

  • Step 1Toss fish fillets in coating mix
  • Step 2Fry bacon on hotplate and remove
  • Step 3Cook coated fish pieces in bacon fat on hotplate
  • Step 4Place cooked fish, bacon, dollop of chilli jam and drizzle of yoghurt on mountain bread and wrap to serve.
