The campground is ideal for outdoor activities like walking, wildlife watching, fishing, and canoeing, with possible sightings of platypus, emus, and kangaroos. It provides easy access to nearby attractions such as Brindabella Range, Namadgi National Park, Stromlo Forest Park, and Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve. Dogs are not permitted.
