Located on the eastern shores of Blowering Dam, Humes Crossing campground is an ideal place for a picnic or a camping holiday. With lots of space to spread out, it’s great for large groups and families. Bring a footy or a cricket set and enjoy playing sport with the glistening blue waters of the dam behind you.Be sure to bring your fishing rod along to Kosciuszko National Park. Blowering Dam is a great place to try your luck at fishing for cod or redfin. You can then take advantage of the facilities nearby and cook up a storm on the barbecue. In the warmer months, the dam is also a beautiful place for a swimming in picturesque surroundings. You’ll be spoilt for choice of attractions to visit while at Humes Crossing campground. Go walking on nearby trails like Blowering Cliffs walking track, or drive up to the magnificent limestone caves and walks at Yarrangobilly Caves.Picnic tables, barbecue facilities, boat ramp, carpark, toilets, rubbish binThere are no camping fees at this campground but a $6 booking fee applies.There are no marked sites.
