Traditional ANZAC Biscuits The original ANZAC biscuit was known as an ANZAC wafer or tile and was part of the rations given to ANZAC soldiers during World War I.
This is a wine storage solution for those that do not like chateau cardboard. You purchase black perforated and corrugated drainage pipe preferably 80mm but you may have to settle for 100mm.
The meat on these ribs just fell off the bone. You will not need a knife.

Vegetable Damper
An easy meal that can be cooked in a either a Camp Oven, Deep sided Frypan or large diameter Saucepan. Can be done quite quickly but I prefer it slow cooked if time permits.
A sausage sizzle with a difference. Easy quick meal that gives some variation to the sausage sizzle for two.
Here is a version of the Cornish Pasty a lot of people might not have seen. The miners started eating at the meat and veg. end and finished at the sweet end. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Curried Chicken and Rice
This is a variation on the popular Fijian raw fish dish adjusted for camping. It's a very easy dish but needs to be prepared in the morning ready to serve chilled at night for dinner.
