This is a wine storage solution for those that do not like chateau cardboard. You purchase black perforated and corrugated drainage pipe preferably 80mm but you may have to settle for 100mm.

An easy meal that can be cooked in a either a Camp Oven, Deep sided Frypan or large diameter Saucepan. Can be done quite quickly but I prefer it slow cooked if time permits.

Here is a version of the Cornish Pasty a lot of people might not have seen. The miners started eating at the meat and veg. end and finished at the sweet end. Can be eaten hot or cold.

For camping I make up at least two batches and freeze. They can be taken out as required and eaten cold for lunch or with a tomato or onion or sweet chilli sauce heated up for dinner.
This is a variation on the popular Fijian raw fish dish adjusted for camping. It's a very easy dish but needs to be prepared in the morning ready to serve chilled at night for dinner.
Fresh hard vegetables store well outside the fridge so are great for camping and provide you with healthy ingredients for salads. Try this fresh and crunchy beetroot and carrot salad.
