For camping I make up at least two batches and freeze. They can be taken out as required and eaten cold for lunch or with a tomato or onion or sweet chilli sauce heated up for dinner.

This is a great recipe given to us by vegetarian friends long ago. We are not vegetarian ourselves, but this recipe is a regular for us. It uses soy mince, which in this recipe we prefer to meat.
